As I’ve mentioned in previous posts, the two most important things for a corporate event entertainer to have a successful performance is that they are both easily SEEN and HEARD by the audience. If either one of these things are missing in a performance, much is lost and the event can even become a disaster.
Proper set up of good, quality sound equipment is crucial; especially for larger events with more than 100 people in attendance. The location and layout of the sound equipment (or PA system) is just as important as the quality of the equipment itself.
In this week’s video, I show a less-than-ideal set-up at a live event, and how that being flexible helped make it work in spite of everything and that the event was still a smashing success.
