Scammers are everywhere these days, and it seems like there is only ONE way to deal with them: be a total JERK!
During this weeks video blogpost, I briefly talk about WHY you should develop a no-tolerance policy when it comes to these people, and tell an outrageous true story of one man who had over $9,000 stolen from his bank account through perhaps the most clever phone scam you've ever heard.
What makes it amazing is that the victim was someone who worked in the cybersecurity industry!
The story of this clever phone scam account can be found in greater detail on Brian Krebs' excellent blog in an article titled "When In Doubt: Hang Up, Look Up, & Call Back" by clicking here.
